Purpose

This report will set out performance for Q1 showing progress on
the Strategic Plan for all of the reportable strategic
measures.

DECISION
 

1.   
Note the strategic delivery and performance report for Q1
covering the period of 1st April 2024 to 30th
June 2024.
 

2.   
Review the status of 56 performance measures in Q1 tracking
the delivery of Year 3 of the Strategic Plan 2022-2026 (See
Appendix A to the report).
 

3.   
Consider whether there have been any major changes to the
assumptions underpinning the targets set for the 2024/25 financial
year since the target setting exercise.
