Purpose

This
report seeks approval to allocate and release £76,737.39 of
S106 planning obligation funding for the refurbishment of the
pavilion at Cadogan sports ground. 

Decision

RESOLVED – That developer
contributions collected pursuant to the planning agreement in
respect of planning permission 12/02547 Kent and Sussex Hospital
totalling £76,737.39 be used to fund the refurbishment of the
sports pavilion at Cadogan sports ground St John’s Road,
Tunbridge Wells be approved.
