Purpose

The
report seeks approval to allocate and release £2,085.26 of
S106 planning obligation funding received and held by TWBC towards
the supply and installation of two outdoor table tennis
tables.

Decision

RESOLVED - That the allocation of
£2,085.26 of Section 106 developer contributions collected
pursuant to the planning agreement in respect of planning
permission 19/01099 released to Brenchley and
Matfield Parish Council to fund the purchase
and installation of two outdoor table tennis tables be
approved.
