Purpose

The
report provides an update to the Local Development Scheme dated
October 2024.  The Local Development
Scheme requires an update following publication of the updated
National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) in December
2024.

Decision

Resolved - That the Local
Development Scheme (February 2025) as attached at Appendix
A, to come into effect from 1 March 2025 and as published on
the Council’s website, be approved.
