Purpose

The
report outlines a public consultation from Defra on the emerging
Land Use Framework for England and sets out a suggested
consultation response on behalf of Tunbridge Wells Borough
Council.

Decision

RESOLVED:
 
1.    
That the Department for Environment, Food and Rural
Affairs consultation on Land Use in England be noted.
 
2.    
That the suggested responses set out in the table
attached at Appendix A be submitted to the Department for
Environment, Food and Rural Affairs on or before 25 April 2025 as
Tunbridge Wells Borough Council’s response to the
consultation be approved.
