Purpose

This
report seeks approval to allocate and release £3,233.58 of
S106 planning obligation funding for the supply and installation of
replacement parts for existing play equipment for the improvement
and enhancement of Brenchley playground.

Decision

RESOLVED – That
£3,233.58 of Section 106 developer contributions collected
for Community Facilities and Children's Recreation pursuant to the
planning agreement in respect of planning permission 19/01099 be
allocated and released to Brenchley and Matfield Parish Council to
fund the purchase and installation of replacement part for play
equipment in Brenchley playground be approved.

Reasons for the decision

To agree, allocate and release the
funding of £3,233.58 through the use of
developer contributions collected for that purpose.

Alternative options considered

Do
nothing and reject the request to release the funding. The
Community Facilities and Children's recreation contribution for
19/01099 Plot 29 12 Maidstone Road.
