Purpose

The
purpose of this report is to provide information to support the
recommendation for the release of developer contributions to
prepare designs for  improved cycling
infrastructure from Hawkenbury village to Royal Tunbridge Wells
town centre.
 

Decision

RESOLVED – That a total of
£35,614.47 from contributions secured pursuant  to planning obligations relating to planning
permissions TW/12/03078 and TW/14/00657 in respect of development
at AXA PPP Healthcare, International House, Forest Road and
planning permissions TW/18/03951, TW/19/02927 and TW/20/01306 in
respect of the development at Hawkenbury Farm is released to
commission design work for cycling infrastructure between
Hawkenbury and Royal Tunbridge Wells Town Centre be
approved.
