Purpose

The
report seeks approval to allocate and release £28,532.05 of
s106 developer contributions towards the repair and refurbishment
of play equipment at Brenchley Recreation Ground. 

Decision

RESOLVED - 
That developer contributions totalling £28,532.05 collected
pursuant to planning agreements in respect of planning permissions
17/01142 Pear Tree Cottages and 19/01099 12 Maidstone Road Plot 29
be released to Brenchley and Matfield Parish Council to fund the
refurbishment of the play area at Brenchley Recreation Ground be
approved.
