Purpose

The
purpose of this report is to provide information to support the
recommendation for the release of £80,000 s106 developer
contributions to Kent County Council (KCC) to support the 285 Bus
Service which runs between Speldhurst
and Hawkenbury.

Decision

That
£80,000 pursuant to a planning obligation in relation to the
Hawkenbury Farm (Hollyfields) residential development (planning
application 16/07023), is released in two tranches of £40,000
to Kent County Council as a contribution to support the 285 service
(for the financial years 2023-24 and 2024-25), be
agreed.
