Purpose

The
report seeks authority to continue the partnership with Beam to 31
March 2026.  Beam operate a service that
is focussed on providing holistic jobs and homes support to
residents that are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Decision

RESOLVED –
 
1.   
That the project and contract with Beam to provide
employment and housing support be extended for a further period of
24 months, until March 2026 be approved.

 
2.   
That authority be delegated to the Head of Housing,
Health and Environment, in consultation wit the Head of the Legal
Partnership to negotiate and complete all necessary agreements,
deeds and documents arising from this decision be
approved.
