Purpose

The report relates to a
Regulation 19 public consultation by Kent County Council (KCC) on
its Pre-Submission Draft of the Kent Minerals and Waste Local Plan
2024-2039.

Decision

RESOLVED –
 
1.   
That the current Regulation 19 Consultation on the
Pre-Submission draft of the Kent Minerals and Waste Local Plan
2024-39 be noted.
 
2.   
That the responses/comments set out in the table of
TWBC officer comments presented in Appendix A be submitted on or
before 29 February 2024 as the Tunbridge Wells Borough
Council’s representations to the pre-Submission of the Kent
Minerals and Waste Local Plan 2024-39 consultation be
approved.
