Purpose

The
report relates to a project to upgrade the play area at Showfields
Road.  The project consists of the
provision of new play equipment, replacing worn safety surfacing,
replacement of permitter fencing, new furniture and associated
ground works and soft landscape works. 

Decision

RESOLVED – That developer
contributions totalling £72,078.86 received through two
planning obligations (reference 17/01399 and 17/00987 (amended by
18/02404)) be allocated and released for the play area project be
approved.
