Purpose

This
report presents the draft new strategic plan for TWBC. Following
approval at Cabinet, the plan will be put out to public
consultation.

the draft Strategic Plan be noted.
 
2. That
the draft Strategic Plan go out for public consultation be
approved.
 

 
REASON FOR DECISION: To
take forward a commitment to begin work on the production of a
longer-term strategic plan.
