Purpose

To
allocate funds totalling £20,766.12 towards the improvement
of the children’s play area at St John’s Recreation
Ground.

Decision

RESOLVED - 
That developer contributions totalling £20,766.12 for
children’s play received through a S106 agreement for 5 St
John’s Road, Tunbridge Wells, (Planning Ref: 21/04191) be
released for the installation of new play equipment and the
refurbishment of existing equipment and safety surfacing at St
John’s Recreation Ground be approved.
