Purpose

The
report seeks approval to allocate and release £61,658.00 of
S106 planning obligations towards the full replacement of the shock
pad to the Hawkenbury all weather pitch.

RESOLVED – That developer
contributions totalling £61,658.00 collected pursuant to the
planning agreement in respect of planning permission 18/01082
(Hawkenbury Farm DOV 2) be allocated and released to fund the
replacement of the shock pad at Hawkenbury Recreation Ground all
weather pitch, be approved.
