Purpose

The
report seeks approval to allocate and release £17,988.92 of
S106 planning obligations towards technical and audience related
equipment for staging performances as part of the refurbishment of
Frittenden Memorial Hall.

Decision

RESOLVED: That £17,988.92 of developer contributions
towards the refurbishment of the technical and audience related
equipment in Frittenden Memorial Hall. The total sums received
£61,314.09 on 2 March 2024 and were pursuant to the following
planning obligation 21/01638/FULL Four Acres,
Frittenden,  be agreed.
