Purpose

This
report seeks approval to allocate and release £304,648.71 of
S106 planning obligation funding to Cranbrook Rugby Club to fund
the delivery of the project to demolish and construct a new single
storey clubhouse and community centre plus associated
parking.

Decision

That
£304,648.71 of developer contributions be allocated and
released to Cranbrook Sports Club, Tomlin Ground, Angley Road,
Cranbrook TN17 2PN as a first payment to fund the demolition of the
existing clubhouse and construction of a single storey clubhouse
and community centre with associated parking, subject to the
conditions set out the S106 agreement being met in full, from
developer contributions collected pursuant to the planning
agreements in respect of planning permission 16/502860/OUT Brick
Kiln Farm, Cranbrook.
