Purpose

The
report outlines a public consultation from KCC on its emerging
Local Transport Plan 5 (LTP5) and sets out a suggested consultation
response on behalf of Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.

Decision

RESOLVED:
 

1.    
That the Kent County Council consultation on the
Local Transport Plan for Kent, be noted.
 

2.    
That the responses/comments set out in the
questionnaire attached at Appendix A be submitted to Kent County
Council, on or before the 8 October 2024, as Tunbridge Wells
Borough Council’s response to the consultation, be
approved.
