Purpose

The
report seeks approval to allocate and release £1,938.00 of
S106 planning obligation funding towards repairs to the Locket
Green play area, Horsmonden.

Decision

RESOLVED: That £1,938.00 of
developer contributions received in respect of planning obligations
reference number 17/00763 Land West of Maidstone Road, Horsmonden
be allocated and released to Horsmonden Parish Council to fund the
replacement of anti-wrap swings, replacement of swing chains and
two new gate springs at Locket Green Play area, be
approved.
