Purpose

The
release of s106 developer funding totalling £17,772.69 to
deliver high-quality cultural engagement activities for communities
in Sherwood, including learning sessions for local children to
develop skills and confidence, and creative wellbeing activities
for residents to support physical and mental health and
wellbeing.

Decision

RESOLVED: That the developer
contributions for Public Art to the amount of £17,772.69 to
deliver cultural engagement and wellbeing activities for
communities in Sherwood Ward, collected as a developer contribution
pursuant to the planning agreements completed in respect of
planning permission 14/500619; 17/00245; and 15/500765 Longfield
Road, be approved.
