This committee was formerly known as the Neighbourhoods Scrutiny Committee until May 2022.   The general terms of reference for all Overview and Scrutiny Committees are set out in Part 7 of the Council’s Constitution.     Areas of Scrutiny Responsibility: ·        Green infrastructure and climate change ·       Enjoy Waltham Forest (cycling and pedestrian infrastructure) ·       Envirocrime and enforcement ·       Environmental health and trading standards ·       Parks and green spaces ·       Neighbourhood services (street cleaning, waste collection, recycling) ·       Traffic, parking and highways policy and management
