Decision

That the Executive Director of Transport approves:

1)     Proceeding with procurement of a revised Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) programme including B&NES and North Somerset only; 

2)    Amending the LEVI contractual documentation to reflect SGC’s withdrawal and submit a Change Request to DfT/OZEV,  

3)     Seeking Commercial Board endorsement to launch the revised ITT at the earliest opportunity.
