Decision

That Joint Committee:

(1)   Noted the outturn position for the West of England Joint Committee Revenue Outturn position as set out in Figure 1 including reserves and the Capital Outturn as set out in Appendix 3;

(2)   Approved the change requests for schemes in the Economic Development Fund (EDF) and Revolving Infrastructure Fund (RIF) programmes as set out in Appendix 4.
