That Hardisty Jones Associates is awarded a contract to deliver the Employment Land Strategic Needs Assessment, following a competitive tender. The value of the contract is £149,869.00.

The contract is to deliver:

A relevant and up-to-date Employment Land Strategic Needs Assessment (ELSNA) to inform the Spatial Development Strategy that:

1)    Is compliant with the draft National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and relevant Planning Practice Guidance (PPG) and meets the tests of soundness.

2)    Provides robust evidence of employment needs and indicative strategic locations for employment growth in the West of England to inform the future production and review of strategic planning policies and strategic growth options.

3)    Forms the basis for developing the future employment needs and employment land supply for each Unitary Authority area.
