The Director of Place approved £17,109.14 of grant funding to Addicott Partners and £3,985.00 of grant funding to GB AE & H Pearce T/A New Barn Farm on 03/08/2026.

The West of England Combined Authority Committee supported the Mayor's intention to consent to the submission of a formal proposal to expand the West of England Combined Authority to incorporate North Somerset Council. They also delegated authority to the Director of Law and Governance to approve the wording of the final draft order for the expansion.

The West of England Combined Authority Committee approved the non-statutory designation of the West Innovation Arc as a Mayoral Development Zone and endorsed the establishment of an interim delivery team. They delegated authority to the MCA's Director of Place to recruit an interim chair of the MDZ.

The Executive Director of Transport approved the Full Business Case for Sections 4-6 of the Bath to Bristol Strategic Corridor project and the drawdown of £19,719,557 from the City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement capital funding. They also approved the correction of the overall CRSTS Grant for BBSC B&NES Sections 3-6 to £35,267,134.

The Executive Director of Transport approved an additional £70,000 award of Zero Emission Transport City funding to Bristol City Council and the repurposing of £450,000 of this funding to support business case and policy development.

The Executive Director of Transport approved the submission of a change request to Active Travel England to extend the programme delivery milestone for the Consolidated Active Travel Fund (ATF6) Behaviour Change programme to July 2027.

The Director of Delivery & Operations approved grant awards of up to £91,800 to Bath & North East Somerset Council and up to £176,400 to South Gloucestershire Council for the Youth Guarantee Data Project.
