That the Executive Director for Transport:

1)     Approves the Full Business Case (FBC) for Bedminster Bridges.

2)     Approves the combination of Bedminster Bridges and Redcliffe Roundabout projects into a single project with construction start date of November 2026 and end date of May 2028.

3)     Approves the award of £12,749,531 of City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS BE) capital funding to Bristol City Council for construction and delivery of Bedminster Bridges as detailed in the FBC.

4)     Approves the amendment of the existing Redcliffe Roundabout award (CRSTS BR) to include a) £5,395 CRSTS, bringing the CRSTS BR award total to £5,381,491.
