Decision

That the Executive Director of Transport:

1)    Approves the Full Business Case for Sections 4-6 (Saltford to Bath) of the Bath to Bristol Strategic Corridor (BBSC) Bath & North East Somerset Council (B&NES) project. 

2)    Approves the drawdown from the City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS) capital funding of £19,719,557 to the Combined Authority to deliver the scheme, noting that the full scheme cost is £20,332,557, with the difference covered by the £205,000 already drawn down for early works delivered by B&NES in 2025/26 and £408,000 for land agreement provisions.
