Decision

Summary of Decision: The Cabinet Member
for Regeneration and Renters has approved a Supplemental Agreement
with its Joint Venture partner for the Church Street regeneration
scheme Mount Anvil and expenditure in relation to changes around
tenure mix, means of escape and rights of light issues.
 
 
Reasons for Decision: The Supplemental
Agreement will formalise variations to the commercial terms set out
in the Development Agreement with the Joint Venture LLP that have
been agreed in principle, details of which are set out in exempt
Part B.
