Cashless Parking Services to RingGo Limited, Pay By Phone Limited and Just Park Parking Limited.
 
 
Reasons for Decision: This decision
will allow for a choice of operator through which parking sessions
can be purchased by drivers, resulting in an improved customer
experience and better preparedness for future procurements and
market developments that seek to promote the multi-operator
model.
