the tenure of units as part of Ebury Bridge Phase 1 &
2. 

Decision

Summary of Decision: The Cabinet Member
for Regeneration and Renters has approved the conversion of nine
Intermediate Ownership homes in Phase 1 of the Ebury Bridge Estate
regeneration scheme to Social Rent and another to Private Sale, as
well the necessary agreements and changes to the scheme to make
this possible.
 
Reasons for Decision: Several returning
leaseholders have deferred their right to return to Ebury, allowing
the conversion of the tenure for the homes on Phase 1 that were
reserved for them, which this decision does in a way that is in
line with the Council’s strategic priority to maximise the
delivery of genuinely affordable housing.
