The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy and Planning approved the termination of the Paddington – Bayswater Shopfronts Construction Contract with Cuttle Construction Limited on 23/04/26. The Executive Director delegated authority to the Head of Place Shaping to manage the consequences of this termination.

Bernie Flaherty, Deputy Chief Executive WCC and Bi-Borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health, approved the award of a contract for GUM and sexual health services to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Hospital Foundation Trust on 30/07/25. This contract is for an initial period of two years with two optional extensions of two years each.

Gerald Almeroth, Executive Director of Finance Resources, approved granting a licence to occupy to a licensee of part of the lower ground floor within Pimlico Library on 28/05/26. This licence will support the range of services delivered at the site.
