The Cabinet Member for Children and Education approved the withdrawal of the Secondary Pupil Meal Offer from September 2026. This decision aligns Westminster's local meal offer for Key Stage 3 pupils with the national Free School Meal criteria.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the recommendations of the Crisis and Resilience Fund Housing Payment Advisory Review Panel meeting of 9 June 2026. This decision relates to the review of decisions made in respect of claims for CRF Housing Payment, which replaces the Discretionary Housing Payment Scheme. The approved recommendations will result in a CRF Housing Payment award of £824.08.

The Executive Director – Environment & Communities, following consultation with the Executive Director of Finance & Resources, decided on 23 June 2026 to rely on the mandatory Parent Company Guarantee and not require a Performance Bond for the Highways and Public Realm Contract. This decision was made under delegated power from the Highways Contract Award Cabinet Decision.

The Cabinet Member for Adults and Health approved the proposed grants totalling £2,969,279 and agreed to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding to participate in a Pan London Inpatient Detoxification Framework at a cost of £79,000 per annum. These decisions were made on 7 July 2026. The Cabinet Member also delegated authority to the Director of Public Health to agree and finalise annual allocations.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the recommendations of the Rating Advisory Panel held on 16th June 2026. This decision determines applications for National Non-Domestic Rates Discretionary and Hardship relief, resulting in discretionary relief of £19,648.08.
