The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy and Planning approved the termination of the Paddington – Bayswater Shopfronts Construction Contract on 23/04/2026. This decision was made to ensure the scheme's completion, minimise disruption, and protect public investment. The Head of Place Shaping is delegated to manage the consequences of the termination, including securing sites and appointing alternative contractors.

The Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care, Public Health and Voluntary Sector approved the contract award for the Young People's Health and Wellbeing Service (Substance Misuse Focus) on 26 September 2025. This award is to Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust for a total sum of £3,035,000 for five years, with an option to extend for two further years.
