The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved recommendations from the Rating Advisory Panel on 24th July 2026. The decision determined applications for National Non-Domestic Rates Discretionary and Hardship relief. This included granting discretionary relief of £19,648.08.

The Cabinet Member for Growth and Planning re-designated the Marylebone Neighbourhood Forum for a further five years on 16th July 2026. This decision authorises the Director of Policy and Strategy to publish a designation notice.

The Cabinet approved the Revenue and Capital Outturn and Statement of Accounts for 2025/26 on 13th July 2026. This noted the year-end financial position, including a General Fund revenue overspend of £8.2m and an HRA overspend of £2.1m. The Cabinet also approved the reprofiling of the capital programme.

The Cabinet Member for Growth and Planning reviewed the Statement of Licensing Policy 2026 on 7th September 2026. The decision recommended the revised policy to Full Council for adoption. This included reducing the size of the Cumulative Impact Zone and clarifying wording related to core hours policies.
