Decision Taken: The Cabinet Member for Children & Public Protection:

1. Approved the award of the VAWG Integrated Support Service contract to Advance Advocacy, following the outcome of the competitive procurement process.

1. Approved the award of the Shared Harmful Practices Co-ordination Service contract to Standing Together Against Domestic Abuse (STADA), following the outcome of the competitive procurement process.

1. Delegated authority to the Executive Director Environment & Communities to finalise, engross and enter into the contract and any associated documentation necessary to give effect to this decision, including the execution of all legal agreements following completion of a cybersecurity review.

Reasons for Decision: The decision to award the two contracts follows a fully compliant and competitive procurement exercise, which demonstrated that the recommended suppliers offer the best overall value in terms of quality, capability, and cost. Awarding the contracts at this stage is essential to ensure continuity of service, maintain statutory and operational commitments, and enable timely mobilisation by the successful bidders.
