The Bi-borough Director of Public Health approved a contract variation for Oral Health Promotion services on 8th April 2026. This variation increases the contract value by £37,950.86 to continue supervised toothbrushing training services.

The Director of Law (Monitoring Officer) granted a dispensation on 3 June 2026 to all elected Members of Westminster City Council. This allows them to participate in discussions and votes on councillor pension arrangements despite any disclosable pecuniary interest.

Bernie Flaherty, Deputy Chief Executive and Bi-borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health, approved decisions regarding the Healthy Communities Fund on 24 November 2025. These decisions include increasing grant amounts for a 'Healthy Hearts' developmental opportunity, procuring a partner for programme co-design, and allocating funds for evaluation.

Frances O'Rourke, Executive Director – Environment & Communities, decided on 23 June 2026 to rely on the mandatory Parent Company Guarantee and not require a Performance Bond for the Highways and Public Realm Contract. Gerald Almeroth, Executive Director – Finance Resources, also signed this decision.
