The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance decided on 15/09/2026 to approve the disposal of West End Gate Block H to WHIL Loan.

The Executive Director of Finance and Resources approved on 17 July 2026 the award of a £650,000 grant to North Paddington Food Bank to deliver the Westminster Crisis Payment Scheme during 2026/27. This included approving the execution of a Grant Agreement and delegating authority to the Financial Inclusion Lead to approve minor operational amendments.

The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning approved on 22 May 2026 the appropriation of council land at 45 Kilburn Park Road from planning purposes to housing purposes. This included dealing with necessary arrangements to record the appropriation and transfer the land from the General Fund account to the Housing Revenue Account at current Red Book value.

The Cabinet Member for Housing and Regeneration approved in June 2026 the award of a contract for Roaming Security and Ad-Hoc Waking Watch Services to The Way Forward Ltd. The contract is for an initial period of two years with an option to extend for a further year, with a total potential contract value of £2,125,965 excluding VAT.

The Cabinet Member for Enforcement approved on 27 August 2026 the adoption of the Food Safety Service Plan 2026/27 on behalf of Westminster City Council.
