The Cabinet Member for Finance and Council Reform approved the Council entering into a sovereign Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, replacing the existing RBKC-led arrangement on 27/04/2026. The decision included approving the procurement strategy for this agreement with an estimated maximum value of £14,567,308 for a maximum five-year contract. It also approved the transition of all Westminster Microsoft licensing and support services into the new agreement and a waiver of the requirement for CGRB endorsement of the Procurement Strategy.
