The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved a 1-year call-off contract award to Vital Energi Utilities Limited for £4 million to continue the delivery of the Carbon Management Programme. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director of Finance & Resources to approve orders under the contract, subject to satisfactory financial business cases.

The Cabinet Member for Adults and Health approved the direct award of a contract to Carers Network Westminster for the continuation of the Carers Hub service from 1st May 2025 to 31st August 2026, at a cost of £213,000 for the period of 1st March 2026 to 31st August 2026.
