The Cabinet Member for Adults and Health approved the award of a contract for the Westminster Carers Service to Carers Network Westminster for five years, with options to extend for up to nine years, and approved expenditure of £3,605,744. This decision was made on 06/08/2026.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money & Finance approved the write-off of debts over £100,000 for Quarter 4 of 2025/26 on 03 June 2026. This decision allows for the write-off of 22 individual debts totalling £5,591,536.

The Executive Director of Finance Resources approved granting a licence to occupy part of the lower ground floor of Pimlico Library to a licensee on 28/05/2026. This licence will support the range of services delivered at the site.

The Deputy Chief Executive and Bi-borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health approved an increase in grant funding for the Healthy Communities Fund by approximately £470,000 for a 'Healthy Hearts' developmental opportunity, allocated £70,000 to procure a partner for programme co-design and support, and allocated £30,000 for evaluation on 24 November 2025. This brings the total investment to £5,000,000 by the end of Year 3.

The Executive Director – Environment & Communities, in consultation with the Executive Director of Finance & Resources, decided on 23 June 2026 to rely on the mandatory Parent Company Guarantee for the Highways and Public Realm Contract and not exercise the option to require a Performance Bond.
