The Strategic Director for Housing and Commercial Partnerships, Sarah Warman, approved the submission of a non-material amendment application on 19 July 2024. This application aims to optimise the scheme design for Church Street Site A by submitting a planning variation to the existing consent. The JV LLP proposed these updates to the scheme design.
