The Executive Director of Finance and Resources approved the grant of a Tenancy at Will for 110 Alderney Street on 6 May 2026. This allows the tenant to remain in occupation while a commissioning contract extension is considered.

The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning approved the appropriation of land at 45 Kilburn Park Road for housing purposes on 22 May 2026. This transfers the land from planning purposes to the Housing Revenue Account.
