The Cabinet Member for Growth and Planning re-designated the Marylebone Neighbourhood Forum for a further five years on 16 July 2026. The Director of Policy and Strategy was authorised to formally publish a designation notice.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the award of a works contract to Borras Construction Ltd for the refurbishment and new-build extension of Queen's Park Family Hub on 7 August 2026. The contract value is £3,688,228.99 excluding VAT.

The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy and Planning executed warranties with the demolition contractor and subcontractors for Church Street Regeneration LLP on 2 July 2026. This action was taken to protect the interests of the Council and third parties involved in the development of Church Street Site A.

The Cabinet Member for Children and Education approved contract awards for strategic consultants for the Bi-borough Schools Capital Programme on September 2026. Contracts were awarded to AtkinsRealis UK Limited, Gardiner & Theobald LLP, and Pick Everard for initial two-year terms with options to extend.

The Executive Director of Finance and Resources approved a grant of £650,000 to North Paddington Food Bank to deliver the Westminster Crisis Payment Scheme during 2026/27 on 17 July 2026. A Grant Agreement between Westminster City Council and North Paddington Food Bank was also approved.
