The Deputy Chief Executive and Bi-borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Public Health approved the contract award to the Health Education Partnership Ltd for the Delivery of the Healthy Schools, Healthy Early Years and Domestic Abuse Prevention Programme in Schools on 21 May 2026. The decision also delegates authority to the Director of Public Health to extend the contract by two years after consultation and confirmation of key performance targets. The contract is for up to seven years with an optional two-year extension, costing £1.05m excluding VAT.
