The Executive Director of Environment and Communities has approved Transport for London (TfL) undertaking works comprising changes to a number of streets in the area surrounding the extents of the TfL Oxford Street West (OSW) proposals, including the Making of associated Traffic Management Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act (1984) and TfL undertaking works on Westminster highway in support of the changes by entering into legal agreements pursuant to Section 101 of the Local Government Action (1972) and Section 8 of the Highways Act (1980).
