The Cabinet Member for Housing and Regeneration approved remedial works for Beachcroft Care Home on 18 August 2026. Gerald Almeroth, Executive Director of Finance and Resources, approved a £650,000 grant to North Paddington Food Bank on 17 July 2026. This grant is for delivering the Westminster Crisis Payment Scheme during 2026/27.

Debbie Jackson, Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning, approved the appropriation of land at 45 Kilburn Park Road for housing purposes on 22 May 2026. This transfers the land from the General Fund to the Housing Revenue Account at its current Red Book value.
