The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved recommendations from the Ratings Advisory Panel on 24/07/2026. This determined applications for National Non-Domestic Rates Discretionary and Hardship relief, resulting in discretionary relief of £19,648.08.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved a 1-year contract award to Vital Energi Utilities Limited for £4 million on 21/07/2026. This is to continue the delivery of the Carbon Management Programme via the Lexica Net Zero Carbon Delivery Framework.
