Decision Taken: The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning has approved the acquisition of the leasehold interest in a property at Ravensbourne House within Church Street Site B, including the associated home loss and disturbance payments in accordance with the Council’s leaseholder policy, to support the continued delivery of the Church Street regeneration programme and facilitate the future vacant possession requirements of the site.
