To approve the option agreement and associated documents for the sale of freehold interest in Nicholson’s Walk Shopping Centre, Central House and site of former Broadway Car Park, Maidenhead.
Reasons for the decision
The transaction was approved at Cabinet on 2nd April 2025 where delegation to negotiate and conclude contracts was given the Executive Director of Place Services in consultation with Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance and Asset Management.
Alternative options considered
Do not proceed with transaction. This would delay the regeneration of the Nicholsons Centre and surrounding area.
