Approved Letter of Variation to Compulsory Purchase Order Indemnity Agreement for Nicholsons Quarter

Reasons for the decision

To enable the demolition of the existing buildings on the site. This changes to the Compulsory Purchase Order Indemnity Agreement ensure additional costs to the Council arising of rescheduling the appropriation of the land and bringing forward demolition are met by the developer.
